Changed Mind - All orders are final sale.

Wrong Size - We do offer one size correction on us. If the size you ordered does not fit properly you can exchange the product for a different size. To qualify for an exchange the product must be unworn, unwashed and the request must be one to one. Meaning that any exchange request MUST be for the same product as originally ordered with exception of size. To exchange a product simply use the contact tab to notify us of the exchange request. Assuming you qualify, you will receive instructions on how to go about processing your exchange. DO NOT ship the product to the return address provided on the packaging without first contacting us.

LOST IN SHIPMENT

Shipping Error - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and will be reshipped.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

DAMAGES

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  If you notice an issue with the product(s) or anything else in the order, please submit a problem report under the "Contact" tab. You will receive instructions on how to get a replacement product at no cost!
